We can provide professionally prepared valuations for purchase, sale, probate and pension fund matters. Open Market Valuations are prepared in accordance with RICS 'Red Book' Procedures. We have also provided expert evidence in valuation disputes and litigation for example acting in cases of alleged valuation negligence. Matrimonial disputes often also give rise to the need for independent expert valuation of property.
