How long will my survey take?

• We can usually go to a property within one week of you booking and we allow one week to get the finished report to you. We can discuss the survey with you as soon as we have been to the property.

What happens if I do not proceed with the purchase, will my expense and the report all be wasted?

• Unfortunately you cannot sell the report on, as it is only valid for you, the named client. We will give you a discount on the cost of your next survey, if you book within two calendar months of the date of the first survey report.

Who will do the survey?

• Surveys are carried out by qualified Chartered Surveyors or similarly and suitably qualified professionals.

What happens if I am worried about a particular aspect of the property's condition?

• It is always best if you tell us about your concerns so that we can give special attention to that aspect of the report.
