The Practice maintains up to date familiarity with Civil Rule Procedures for Expert Witnesses, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors guidelines for Surveyors acting as Expert Witnesses.

We regularly produce reports in connection with building disputes, Criminal damage, Boundary disputes and similar matters, working with Solicitors or directly for clients. We can produce fully Complaint reports for legal and court purposes, or simpler reports where these are needed.
